Ignatius Okeahialam is a multifamily and residential real estate investor with a growing focus on value-add commercial acquisitions, underwriting, and syndications. He brings over a decade of experience in oil and gas, where he managed complex, high-stakes technical projects and developed a rigorous, analytical approach to risk and execution — skills he now applies directly to evaluating and structuring real estate deals.
Ignatius is building his investment platform around disciplined underwriting and long-term value creation, with a particular focus on identifying multifamily assets positioned for strategic repositioning. He is actively expanding his network within the investment community, working alongside experienced operators, brokers, and lenders to source and execute on opportunities, and is committed to forming the kind of trusted, long-term partnerships that underpin successful deals.

Peace is a multifamily and retail real estate investor and principal, actively acquiring income-producing commercial properties on the GP side of transactions. She is building a network of investors seeking LP positions in the acquisitions she brings to market, offering access to the tax benefits and passive income that come with direct ownership in commercial real estate.
Before real estate, Peace spent over 13 years in enterprise technology leadership, where she built a career managing complex stakeholders, evaluating risk, and executing against hard numbers. That same discipline now shapes how she underwrites deals, structures capital, and evaluates acquisitions — with a focus on properties that offer strong fundamentals and clear paths to value creation.
